Friday evening full body, outdoor HIIT circuit. Circuits may include body weight, light dumbbell, and medicine ball work outs.

Outdoor/indoor training. 3 45 minute sessions per week. Workouts may include weight lifting, HIIT circuit training, and a cardio sessions.
